This is a beautiful Military swivel lugs Rolex wristwatch. This model of Rolex could have been sold to British military personnel.
The condition of this Rolex for being over 100 years old is very good overall with a small split to the case bezel top and Botton as you can see around the rim.
The stunning original dial has been painstakingly restored to the highest possible standard oozes thats military style and charm.
The wonderful Rolex 15 jewels movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker in the past 3 months.

CASE.
The solid 9ct gold case are in good condition for its age with a small split to the outer rim of the top and bottom of the bezel. The mid-size case measures 31mm across without the winding crown and 40mm long including the swivel lugs.

Inside the case back all the marks are correct as expected: W&D, (Rolex founders Wilsdorf & Davis) and fully hallmarked for solid 9ct gold.
DIAL.
The stunning original dial has been painstakingly restored to the highest possible standard oozes thats military style and charm.
It has black numerals with blue steel hands. This watch oozes charm and elegance.
The dial is signed: Rolex, Swiss Made.
MOVEMENT.
The high grade 15 jewels movement is in very good condition and has been fully serviced. The movement is signed: Rolex, Swiss Made, 15 Jewels.

Like most vintage wristwatches what are over 70 years old the original certificate has been lost or discarded over the years. It dose however come in its original box. But even though this watch does not have its original certificate. This watch, the reference numbers, markings, signatures and hallmarks are all correct, dating the watch to circa 1922.
