Beautiful huge mid-late 19th Century French or Bohemian Green Vaseline OPALINE Art Glass casket or trinket box. This large box is made of thick green Opaline glass with rounded edges and is banded with a double handle brass band. The hinge is tight and the box opens and closes correctly, there is  the key.

Measures 12 cms high, 9,00 cms deep and 14,00 cms large. Weight 1160 grms.

This lovely box is in very good antique used conditions, no chips, cracks or repairs as you can see in the photos. The brass bands have naturally aged pattina as expected.
