A beautiful art glass casket was made in Murano Ferro, Italy. The glass is a turquoise-blue with lots of gold Aventurine inclusions. The gold inclussion sparkles like glitter when the light hits it. The box set into gilded brass/bronze mounts with hinge and decorative clasp. An elegant piece great in a grouping, but large enough to stand alone.
It stands 2 1/4" (5.7 cm) high; 5" x 3" (12.7 x 7.7 cm) rectangular. It is in excellent condition, considering age.
No chips, cracks or repair. Mounts slightly tarnished, otherwise perfect.
