KPM Berlin Hand Painted Pink Floral Leaves & Gold Tea Cup Circa 1837 - 1844

Nice porcelain tea cup and saucer. Nicely decorated with hand painted pink leaves and flowers. With fancy gold gilt scrollwork along the edge, gilt highlights to the handle of the cup, and gold gilding along the foot rim. Has a blue underglaze KPM Berlin mark used between 1837 and 1844 on the bottom, as well a red KPM decorator mark.

Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

The cup measures approximately 4 7/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 6 1/2 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
