19世紀終わりに作られた、オーバーサイズの陶器製カップ＆ソーサセットです。

美しいヴィルヘルム一世の肖像画が、セーヴルスタイルと呼ばれる金彩のフレームに囲まれています。

カップとソーサーの背景には、全体的にロイヤルブルーを地としてバラと渦巻き装飾がゴールドで描かれています。

カップの内側、持ち手の部分も全体的に金めっきが施されている贅沢な逸品です。

裏面には、KPMベルリンのブランドマークである青い笏と重ね塗りされた赤い地球儀が描かれています。

ヴィルヘルム・フリードリヒ・ルートヴィヒ・フォン・プロイセン（ヴィルヘルム一世・1797年3月22日 – 1888年3月9日）は、1861年1月2日にプロイセン王となり、1871年1月18日から没年まで初代ドイツ皇帝となった人物です。
