Bフォームはパリ万国博覧会が開催された1855年にアーネスト・ロートリッツによってデザインされたフォームです。
1827年にキューンが開発したグランツゴールドという金を使用したモデルはBフォームの頂点に位置します。
グランツゴールドモデルは造形や盛り金に極度の技量が必要なため、流通している大半が2級品以下ですが、こちらはなかなか見かけない一級品です。
