KPM Berlin Hand Painted Multicolor Floral & Gold Demitasse Cup & Saucer C. 1840s

Beautiful mid 19th century early Victorian London form porcelain demitasse cup and saucer. Very nicely decorated with hand painted pink roses, pink, blue, purple, yellow and orange flowers. With elaborate gold gilt scrollwork designs throughout. With gold gilding along the edge and gold gilding to the outside of the handle. Marked on the bottom Konenigliche Porzellan Manufactur in blue. This mark was used by KPM Berlin between 1847 and 1849.

Wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

The cup measures approximately 3 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 4 7/8 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
