1935年ごろに作られた、ニッケル塗装の真鍮と銅のマウントにつや消しガラスの大型のシェード４つが取り付けられています。
質の高い銅製のマウント部にはプティトーの工房作を意味するAPの文字が掘られています。
APはヘンリの父であり工房の創設者でもあるアントニン・プティトーのイニシャルです。
